Age of Majority

Pricing, Payment & Orders

All prices are ex-works. Freight, duties, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Sales tax obligations vary by state and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are prepaid unless credit terms have been previously approved in writing. To apply for a trade account or credit terms, contact orders@jnxsports.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Claims for damaged goods or picking errors must be raised within 7 days of receipt by contacting orders@jnxsports.com. No replacements or credits will be issued without prior written approval.

Class Action Waiver

Any claim must be brought individually through arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action against the Company.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
